Oral Presentations:
Each oral presentation in the program includes time for questions and discussions. (5min for 25min invited talk and 3min for 15min contributed talk are used for questions and discussions.)
Poster Presentations:
The size of the poster space for each presenter is 900mm x (1200-1500) mm (A0 portrait). Poster authors may each give a 1 min short presentation at 17:00--18:00 on February 22nd. The poster sessions will be held at 13:30--14:00 on February 22nd and at 17:00-18:00 on February 23rd.
Welcome Reception:
A welcome reception is held from 18:00 to 19:00 on February 21st at the "Yaeyama" room.
Banquet:
A banquet will be held from 18:00 to 21:00 on February 23rd at the "Yaeyama" room. 5000JPY per person will be collected on site, at the time of registration.
Tour to the Ishigakijima Astronomical Observatory (on 21st February):
We plan to organize a tour to the Ishigakijima Astronomical Observatory on 21st February:
- We ask the participants who are interested in attending the tour to send an e-mail to exoplanets2016_help@astron.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp by 24:00 20th Feb.
- The participation fee will be less than 2000-3000 JPY per person depending on the number of participants.
- We expect a 3-4 hour.
- We may accept participants without reservations, but those who have sent an e-mail in advance to exoplanets2016_help@astron.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp will receive priority. Space is limited, so we may not be able to accept all requests to join.
- Those without reservations should meet at the Hotel Nikko Yaeyama lobby by noon on February 21st. Lunch is not included.
- The tour taxi will leave Hotel Nikko Yaeyama at around 13:00 and will be back to Hotel Nikko Yaeyama in time for the registration.
